Credit/Debit Card
We accept most major credit/debit cards. These include VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, etc. Deposits made via credit/debit card are immediately credited to your EFT Markets account. You will be able to trade with these funds within minutes.
Bank Wire Transfer
In some cases, a client might choose not to use a credit/debit card as a method to deposit. We thus happily offer a convenient direct deposit through bank wire. Kindly keep in mind that some banks charge an additional fee when performing a wire transfer. EFT Markets advises their clients to inquire regarding these fees with their banking institution, before executing a wire transfer. For specific steps and information on performing a wire transfer, please feel free to contact our support department.

1. Log in to your EFT Markets account.
2. Click on ‘Deposit’ at the top right side of the screen.
3. Choose the Credit/Debit Card method of payment at the left-hand side of the screen.
4. Enter the amount you wish to deposit.
5. Fill in your card details.
6. Fill in your billing information.
7. Click Submit.
Once your deposit has been approved, you’ll receive a confirmation notice and a transaction receipt to your email. Please ensure that the credit card details you’ve provided are valid and complete.

3. Choose the BPAY method of payment at the left-hand side of the screen.
4. Enter the amount you wish to deposit.
5. Log onto your online banking.
6. Fill in your billing information.
7. Click Pay.

Once your deposit has been approved, you’ll receive a confirmation notice and a transaction receipt to your email. Please ensure that the credit card details you’ve provided are valid and complete.
To wire funds directly to your EFT Markets trading account, you have to provide your bank with our company’s bank account details. Please select one of the methods below:
1. Print our banking details.
2. Opt to have the details sent directly to your inbox.
Once your wire transaction has been approved, you’ll receive a full invoice to your inbox.

We implement the latest security and encryption measures to ensure that the deposit process is safe and secure. Before making your first deposit, you will be asked to complete a short Investors Questionnaire. This questionnaire helps us to evaluate your level of financial knowledge and experience.
1. If you choose to deposit with a credit/debit card, you are required to provide us with a photo/scan of your card (back and front) which will enable us to protect your account from cyber fraud.
2. Each time you make a deposit, we immediately send you a detailed invoice via email.
3. All of your transactions are secure and private and are protected with SSL (Secured Socket Layer).

We make sure you get to enjoy your success as quickly as possible. Our withdrawal process is simple, fast and safe.
Once your withdrawal request is approved, the requested amount will be transferred using the same payment method with which you made the initial deposit. You will receive a confirmation email to your inbox.
Please note: you may cancel your withdrawal request within 48 hours from the time that you requested it.
You can monitor your complete withdrawal history using our Recent Withdrawals table. It provides you with the date, time, amount and status of every withdrawal you ever made (pending, approved, or cancelled). You can view the table on your Withdrawal page.
If you withdraw funds from your EFT Markets account, the requested amount will be transferred using the same payment method with which you made the initial deposit. A confirmation email will be sent to your inbox.
The rest of your profits may be withdrawn using any withdrawal method currently accepted by EFT Markets. For example you invested $3,000 using your MASTERCARD, and subsequently made an additional $1,500 profit. When you decide to withdraw your $4,500, the initial investment amount of $3,000 will be credited back to your MASTERCARD. The $1,500 profit may be transferred using any system shown on our withdrawal methods list.
Please ensure that you have verified your credit/debit card details before you make a withdrawal request.
The minimum withdrawal amount for bank wire is $/£/€ 100. For all other payment methods, the minimum withdrawal amount is $/£/€ 50.
Please note: Your withdrawals are paid in your trading account currency. If you have a USD account, your minimum bank wire withdrawal will be $100. If you have a GBP account, your minimum bank wire withdrawal will be £100 etc.
Our Finance Department processes and approves most withdrawal requests within 3-4 business days. It may take additional time for your chosen payment service provider to complete the transfer process.
Please note: For additional security, you must confirm any withdrawal with your account manager.
EFT Markets Gold and Platinum account members are granted their first withdrawal free of charge. Most withdrawals are assigned a service fee of 3.5%. If this percentage equals an amount of $30 or less, the trader will simply be charged a standard $30 withdrawal fee. The maximum service fee for a single withdrawal is capped at $3,500. Please note: The commissions for wire withdrawals will be paid by the beneficiary.
